The Japanese version by Ikken Ikemoto has additionally been published with the monthly journal of Sasa (literally meaning bamboo grass or bamboo leaf)With a history of more then 35 years and hundreds of members Sasa might be regarded as one of leading haiku groups among the hundreds of haiku groups in Japan.
